            At Butterfly Touch Cleaning Services LLC, we do our very best to be flexible and understanding with our clients’ schedules. We know that unexpected things happen and sometimes plans change.

To serve you and all of our clients fairly, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

    •    No-shows (if we arrive and cannot access the property) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

These fees help us cover the lost time and travel costs reserved for your appointment.

Payment Policy

    •    Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    •    Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle 

   •    For first-time clients or larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

    •    Receipts are available upon request.

Service & Property Guidelines

    •    Cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by us unless the client specifies otherwise.

    •    Clients are responsible for securing valuables, pets, and fragile items prior to the cleaning service.

    •    We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose fixtures, cracked surfaces, improper installations).

    •    Services will be completed according to the agreed scope of work. Any additional tasks requested outside of this scope may result in extra charges.
